Agenda
This year (2005) voting by proxy is now allowed (due to change in Club Statutes and rules for 2005).
An individual member may pass-on their voting rights (their choices) to someone else present at the meeting,
in writing.
Or, they may submit their vote directly to the Secretary on a particular item on the agenda beforehand.

4. Voting at elections and on propositions at General Meetings will be by select ballot,
except where deemed unnecessary by the Committee.
Members absent from General Meetings may vote by appointing a proxy and indicating their choices in writing,
duly signed.

a separate letter per vote
OR
give permission to another person specified to vote on your behalf

print your name underneath
