We will be looking at whether the dream has lived up to their expectations, the reasons for leaving the UK and exploring the challenges of moving to a new country. In Spain we are also looking at how ex-pats are surviving the economic downturn and whether they are heading home or finding ways to adapt and stay. Wild Pictures - An independent television production company based in London that specialises in high end access based documentaries for all the major broadcasters. Please take a look at our website www.wildpictures.co.uk. Our creative director Paul Hamann is a former head of BBC documentaries and an award winning film maker in his own right. We make a variety of documentaries and documentary series from our recent series Holloway and Wormwood Scrubs (inside British prisons) on our national network, ITV1, and The Zoo, a documentary series following life at London Zoo and Smugglers – following customs as they try and stop the drugs gangs trying to get around our borders. Recently aired series include Baby Hospital – about a neo-natal unit in Liverpool and Fraud Squad, both for ITV1. Wild are adept at exploring issues with intelligence, empathy and honesty and have a great relationship with the broadcaster commissioners.
