Long-ish route so start from Viva Espana by 10.45 - lots of baffling clues en route! 
Lunch at 2 o'clock, optional of course but the usual excellent Viva Espaņa value at 13 euros (payable on the day)

with the emphasis on having some fun and seeing some nice bits of Valencia around Oliva 
you don't need to be a petrol-head or a quiz buff!
