This year voting by proxy is now allowed (due to change in Club Statutes and rules for 2005). An individual member may pass-on their voting rights (their choices) to someone else present at the meeting, in writing. Or, they may submit their vote directly to the Secretary on a particular item on the agenda beforehand.
